What personal data seovision.info collects, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and your rights under UK GDPR.

This notice explains what personal data seovision.info collects, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It is written for UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through seovision.info is Rahaidea LTD, a company registered in England and Wales that runs SEOVision. You can contact the controller about any privacy matter at contact@seovision.info.

Data we collect and why

Cookies and similar storage

The site uses a session cookie and a security token cookie that are needed for it to work, for example to keep you signed in and protect forms. These do not need your consent.

Our first-party analytics and Microsoft Clarity run for visitors who have not opted out. Our analytics keeps a random session ID in your browser's session storage; Clarity sets its own cookies. Neither is used for advertising.

You can opt out at any time with the Opt out of analytics link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser, stops our analytics and tells Clarity to stop and erase its cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out unless you choose otherwise.

Our free tools

The image to WebP converter and the robots.txt tester run entirely in your browser; your files and text are not uploaded. Content you paste into the llms.txt checker or generator also stays in your browser.

When you enter a website address in the llms.txt checker or generator, our server fetches public files from that site and caches the result for ten minutes. We use your IP address to apply rate limits to these requests.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Hosting provider: stores the website, its database and server logs.
  • Email delivery provider: sends account emails such as address verification and password resets.
  • Microsoft: provides Clarity unless you opt out; Microsoft may process this data outside the UK under its own safeguards.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as we need it:

  • Raw analytics events and sessions: deleted after 90 days.
  • Daily aggregate statistics: deleted after 24 months; they do not identify individuals.
  • Unverified accounts: deleted automatically 7 days after sign-up if the email address is not verified.
  • Accounts: kept until you delete your account; deletion anonymizes the account and removes its access tokens.
  • Server logs: kept for a limited period under the hosting provider's log rotation.
  • Contact messages: deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner once they are dealt with.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can object to analytics at any time with the Opt out of analytics link in the footer.

To use these rights, email contact@seovision.info. You can delete your account yourself from the account page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

SEOVision is intended for adults working in marketing and web development. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page.
